How can I order tickets?

1. Finding the requested event: Choose one of the categories and/or the date and/or the location and/or fill in a search item and, finally, click onto search.
2. Please click onto the requested date of performance.
3. Fill in the requested number of tickets beside the requested price category in the grey box you are going to find below the description of the performance and click onto "add to basket". Numbered seats are selected according to the principle "Best-seat-possible" and issued coherently (at least two seats lying side by side).
4. Now you can see the tickets, which you have ordered, in the basket.
   • For paying the tickets, please click onto "proceed to checkout"
   • For ordering more tickets, just repeat steps 1-3.
   • For cancelling an order, click onto "delete". With that the whole order is cancelled, not just single tickets!
5. Please fill in your personal data in all boxes marked with a red star, choose your preferred way of delivery and click onto "Continue". If, for organizational reasons, the way of delivery should change, you are going to be informed by e-mail.
6. Please fill in name of the holder, number and expiration date of the credit card (Visa oder Mastercard) and click into the small box "Yes, I accept the general terms and conditions of trade!" to accept our General Terms and Conditions. Finally click onto "complete order" to carry out your order.

Which charges or booking-fees do I have to pay for online-bookings?

For processing an order we determine a one-off charge of EUR 7,00.

Which shipment methods are possible?

• You can get your tickets directly at Salzburg Ticket Service on Mozartplatz 5 Office Hours: Mon.-Fri. from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sat. from 9 a .m. to 12 p.m. During the summer festival: Mo-Sat. 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sun. from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• We can ship your tickets via mail.
• Depositation at the box office
• Deposit at your hotel (if it is in the city centre of Salzburg)

Which payment methods do you accept?

In case of booking directly via our online-shop we can only accept payment via following creditcards:

• Visa
• Mastercard

Information concerning the credit card as well as all personal data are transmitted safely via SSL-encoding. The technological safety standards are constantly updated.

Which other possibilities to order tickets do I have?

After consultation with the Salzburg Ticket Service via e-mail, Fax or Telephone, payment via bank transfer is also possible. For bank transfers please transmit the total amount free of charges for the beneficiary to our account number 21998 at the Salzburger Sparkasse, routing number 20404, IBAN NR.: AT692040400000021998, BIC: SBGSAT2S
